Qualification
Required
You possess a Bachelor's degree
You have at least one year of balancing accounts/activity
You possess at least six months of experience providing direct phone or in person support for clients and customers
Preferred
Knowledge of mutual funds and alternative investment products
One year of balancing and reconciling experience within a transfer agency
Related internship experience will also be considered
