Application Developer

Responsibilities
Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-level applications
Oversee technical strategy, ensuring alignment between business goals and IT solutions
Manage a team of developers and analysts, providing coaching and technical direction
Partner with stakeholders to plan, design, and implement system improvements and integrations
Monitor system performance, reliability, and security compliance
Establish best practices for software development, documentation, and deployment
Manage relationships with software vendors and coordinate system upgrades

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications and leading technical teams
Deep understanding of ERP, CRM, and integration systems
Expertise in SQL, C#, and enterprise-level reporting tools
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with Agile and DevOps frameworks
Proven track record managing large-scale application implementations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
