Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates
Become an expert on Arrive, our story, and the competitive advantages we offer as an employer for experienced logistics talent
Build and manage a specialized pipeline for all roles that require previous experience in logistics
Find talent! Proactively identify candidates with the ideal candidate profile by using creativity and a variety of sourcing tools such as our ATS System (Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals and more
Cultivate the candidate experience! Build relationships with candidates through various resources, educate them on the opportunity, and champion them through the interview process
Utilize strong qualifying skills over the phone to ensure candidates are a good match for the position and Arrive culture
Consistently meet or exceed weekly metrics including call counts, conversion rate targets, and hiring goals
Partner with department leaders across the business to understand their hiring needs, the goals of their department, and the experience level they are looking for
Establish and maintain a communication cadence with the Employee Success team to evaluate hiring quality and make adjustments to recruiting efforts as needed
Establish and maintain a communication cadence with the Compensation and Benefits teams to ensure alignment on all compensation & benefits items as they relate to your requisitions
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, review their feedback and make recommendations as needed
Develop a strong knowledge of the employee agreements in our industry and partner with our Legal team to navigate agreement complexities as needed
Report directly to the Specialized Talent Acquisition Manager and partner on the development of all mode growth recruitment strategies

Required

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
3+ years of experience working in the logistics industry, with an in-depth knowledge of industry-specific positions
A proven work ethic and ability to work flexible hours when needed
Exceptional verbal and written skills. You are skilled and can be trusted with communicating to upper management and senior leadership
You take initiative and drive various projects, tasks, and responsibilities on the team
Ability to get things done in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Hustle! We are a lean team, so be prepared to contribute to additional Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as needed

Preferred

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study is preferred
