Contract Project Manager
STI Federal is seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to join their expanding team. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of federal government contracts, providing leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery that meets all requirements.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution of federal contracts and task orders in accordance with contract terms, Statements of Work (SOW/PWS), and agency requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for Government representatives, including Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs), and technical leads
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including subcontractors and partners
Ensure contract performance aligns with scope, funding, schedule, and quality expectations

Possess strong abilities in managing cost, schedule, scope, and performance on government projects
Proficiency in understanding of federal contracting principles, including FAR/agency supplements
Experience managing cost, schedule, scope, and performance on government projects
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, regulated environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including senior Government briefings
Proficiency with project management tools, reporting systems, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, or equivalents)
Preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience managing federal government contracts
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing federal government contracts, task orders, or programs
Experience working with DoD preferred
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance or suitability determination, as required by the contract
