IT Service Desk Auditor
EXOS is seeking a detail-oriented and security-conscious contractor to assist the Service Desk team in conducting a comprehensive Account Management Audit. This role will focus on reviewing user access across various applications, validating employment status, and identifying potential segregation of duties conflicts.
Responsibilities
Conduct a full audit of user accounts across assigned applications
Cross-reference active user accounts with the Legacy HR Audit to verify current employment status
Identify and document inactive or orphaned accounts for deactivation
Utilize the Segregation of Duties (SoD) Matrix to assess role assignments and flag any conflicts or policy violations
Maintain detailed records of audit findings and remediation actions
Provide regular progress updates to the Service Desk Manager and IT Security team
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and security-conscious
Experience in conducting audits, specifically Account Management Audits
Ability to review user access across various applications
Skill in validating employment status
Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts
Ability to maintain detailed records of audit findings and remediation actions
Strong communication skills to provide regular progress updates
