Responsibilities
Understand the current application, features, and product architecture
Analyze existing data structures in Oracle databases and prepare them for migration
Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, and 3rd-party vendors to define POC scenarios, execution plans, and data requirements
Extract, anonymize, scrub, and format data to meet the requirements of new SPM products
Develop scripts or code for data extraction, transformation, and migration to new SaaS-based SPM platforms via APIs and file transfers
Perform load and performance testing to evaluate the scalability and reliability of new products
Provide insights and recommendations based on testing results and data analytics
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Apply problem-solving and analytical thinking to resolve technical challenges during migration and testing
Support the adoption of cloud-based (AWS-hosted) SaaS solutions and ensure best practices in architecture and integration
Qualification
Required
AWS & S3: 2–5 years hands-on experience
REST APIs, Data Migration, and Oracle PL/SQL: 5–10 years experience
Experience with load and performance testing
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Keynote: 1 year experience
Familiarity with SaaS-based solutions and cloud architecture
Preferred
Experience in Sales Performance Management (SPM) is a strong plus
