Regional Account Executive

As a Regional Account Executive, you’ll be tasked with delivering revenue, margin growth, and increasing market share within your territory by building relationships and creating new business opportunities in the public safety sector.

Responsibilities

Drive company growth by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for sales, profit margins, and customer retention
Collaborate closely with Inside Account Representatives and Sales Management to implement and execute strategic sales initiatives
Manage and grow revenue from existing accounts through ongoing relationship-building and value-driven sales strategies
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, presenting tailored sales solutions, and converting leads into long-term clients
Partner with Sales leadership to develop, forecast, and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with organizational goals
Coordinate and manage logistics for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to maximize brand exposure and networking opportunities
Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key vendors and suppliers to support sales efforts and ensure high service standards

Required

Proven sales experience with a focus on large account management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and commitments with precision
Highly resourceful; able to independently locate information and solutions
Strong analytical skills with experience developing pricing models to optimize profitability
Personable and relationship-oriented, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Skilled in prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Proficient in managing and leveraging CRM platforms for sales and client management

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field strongly preferred
Strong background in handling government bids and RFPs highly desired
