Creative Manager

WillScot is North America’s leading provider of complete temporary space solutions, and they are seeking a Creative Manager to support the Creative Director in leading and executing innovative design and content strategies. This role requires a proactive leader with strong creative instincts to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with exceptional quality.

Responsibilities

Contribute ideas and support concept development for campaigns, branding, and multimedia projects
Review and refine creative work to maintain quality and consistency
Assist the Creative Director in managing day-to-day operations of the creative team
Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to designers, writers, editors and other creative professionals
Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for creative projects
Ensure deliverables meet brand standards and strategic objectives
Act as liaison between the creative team and internal/external partners
Present concepts and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals
Implement workflows and tools to improve efficiency and collaboration
Maintain documentation and best practices for creative operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field
6-8 years of proven experience in creative management or senior design roles
Proficiency in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
Experience in marketing or advertising environments
Familiarity with project management tools is a plus (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.)
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to think conceptually
Strong understanding of branding, design principles, and multimedia content
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong organizational skills, good time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects
Ability to sit, stand, walk, etc., for office environment
