Responsibilities
Hire, supervise and manage warehouse employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
Maintain a consistent schedule for making bales and loading export trucks in a timely manner
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to ensure smooth operations
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Work collaboratively with other managers to meet production and export deadlines
Maintain inventory and BOL paperwork
Conduct monthly safety meetings
Qualification
Required
Forklift experience required (certification is a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to lift and move heavy materials
Preferred
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Leadership skills with experience managing employees preferred
