Responsibilities
Leads and directs advanced technology development/engineering organization
Establishes, oversees, and administers processes, policies, and practices and determines resource requirements, acquisition, and redeployment plans
Oversees and manage budgets of the organization and development projects
Understands full life cycle requirements for product development
Defines future factory vision, and strategy
Works with subordinates to establish and evaluate employee performance plans
Interfaces with other organizations, internal/external customers, and suppliers to define and evaluate accomplishment of project, program priorities and approvals, and assist in roadblocks elimination
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited Program
5+ years' experience in an engineering or technical role
Preferred
At least two years of management and/or technical leadership experience
Excellent interpersonal skills working cross functionally across teams
Analytical, demonstrated ability to deconstruct requirements and prioritize accordingly
Strong leadership skills & the ability to motivate and hold people accountable
Keen eye for details and a focus on continuous process improvement
Exceptional time management skills
