Responsibilities
Lead electronic component selection, evaluation, and approval for power electronics assemblies
Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to resolve component-related issues
Own global compliance activities including UL, RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, and PFAS
Interface with suppliers and third-party compliance partners to ensure regulatory alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
5+ years of experience in electronic or power electronics component engineering
Strong understanding of NPI, ECR/ECN processes, and component lifecycle management
Experience supporting products sold into regulated, global markets
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a hands-on, manufacturing-focused environment
