Responsibilities
Partner with Product and Enterprise Payments to define and execute TDS technology strategy and roadmap
Own end-to-end delivery of TDS initiatives, including architecture, resource planning, and vendor coordination
Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team; establish standards for CI/CD, testing, observability, and reusable patterns
Ensure financial transparency across TDS initiatives and base operations; track outcomes via adoption and quality metrics
Expand platform coverage across payment rails and reporting domains; accelerate client onboarding and GA milestones
Champion reliability, data quality, and operational excellence through robust monitoring and reconciliation practices
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
Proven track record in building cloud-native platforms AWS, Azure (preferably GCP) and leading API-driven architectures
Preferred
Strong background in financial services or payment systems
