QvalFocus Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect / Technical Lead to lead an enterprise-wide Publishing Platform modernization initiative in a highly regulated federal environment. This role will act as the primary technical authority, driving architecture, integration, security, and stakeholder alignment across multiple centers.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end technical and architectural roadmap for publishing platform modernization

Lead analysis of legacy systems (Documentum, SharePoint, custom CMS) and design target-state architecture

Architect solutions using headless CMS, API-first, microservices, and event-driven architectures

Design content models, metadata schemas, workflows, version control, and governance

Lead stakeholder workshops, translate requirements, and drive cross-center consensus

Ensure compliance with federal security standards (Zero Trust, FISMA, FedRAMP, ICAM)

Architect and oversee deployments in AWS GovCloud / Azure Government

Define data migration & ETL strategies, ensuring auditability, compliance, and Section 508 accessibility

Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring engineering teams and reviewing designs
