Senior Marketo Engineer
Trendline Interactive, now Shift Paradigm, is seeking an experienced Sr. Marketo Engineer to assist in building and managing Marketo configurations and integrations. The role involves collaborating with marketing teams to implement scalable solutions and ensuring platform health and governance.

Responsibilities
Build emails, fragments, nurture streams, forms, etc. (experience with newer Marketo email editor required)
Own hands-on configuration and execution within Marketo, including programs, campaigns, smart lists, lead lifecycle management, and nurture streams
Design and maintain integrations between Marketo and the broader MarTech stack (e.g., AEP/RTCDP, CRM, Salesforce, analytics, activation endpoints)
Implement and troubleshoot data flows, field mappings, and sync logic to ensure accurate lead, contact, and account data across systems
Partner with marketing and strategy teams to translate campaign and lifecycle requirements into scalable Marketo implementations
Ensure platform health, performance, and governance, including templates, naming standards, permissions, and operational best practices
Qualification
Required
Willing to work up to 20/hrs. per week
5+ years of experience: Adobe Marketo, Integration with Adobe Target and RTCDP, Integration with Salesforce
Self-directed, able to manage their own work/time
Can speak to clients as part of a team to discuss issues
Possesses high level of critical thinking; 'thinks beyond the work order' and raises questions when something is missing or looks off
