Responsibilities
Architect and deliver AI/ML solutions tailored to each client (scalability, performance, maintainability)
Lead decisions across LLM integration, data engineering, infra design, MLOps/LLMOps, and deployment strategy
Own end-to-end delivery: rapid exploration and prototypes that evolve into production, not dead demos
Be the senior technical point of contact, trusted by executives, product leaders, and engineering teams
Run technical discovery, shape roadmaps, and communicate trade-offs and risks clearly
Provide advisory support: architecture reviews, enablement sessions, and long-term strategy influence
Build AI-driven apps with Python, modern frameworks, and production tooling (e.g., FastAPI, Docker, cloud-native services)
Design and implement GenAI workflows: RAG, embeddings pipelines, prompt/pattern tuning, evaluation strategies, and agentic workflows where appropriate
Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and build scalable retrieval + ranking approaches
Mentor junior engineers and consultants and raise the bar on delivery quality
Help define internal tooling, architecture patterns, deployment playbooks, and reusable accelerators
Support pre-sales scoping and high-stakes planning when needed
Qualification
Required
4–8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years working in AI/ML contexts
Proven experience leading client-facing technical delivery (consulting, solutions, platform enablement, forward deployed, etc.)
Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including LLMs, RAG, and production deployment considerations
Strong Python, plus cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization, and scalable API design
Excellent communication: you can run both technical deep-dives and senior stakeholder conversations
Preferred
Regulated / high-complexity domains (finance, healthcare, legal, gov)
Tools like MLflow, Ray, Databricks, Airflow
Open-source contributions or internal framework building
