Payroll Coordinator
Crowley is a privately held, U.S.-owned company providing services to 36 nations and territories. They are seeking a Payroll Coordinator responsible for performing payroll functions accurately and timely, while also providing high-level customer service for payroll inquiries.

Responsibilities
Utilizing an integrated client server HR/PR system, the responsibilities and duties include; time entry, verification of balances, creating and updating employee tax changes, verification of pay rates, review of system edits, and production and processing of assigned payrolls
Maintains detailed knowledge of union contracts, prepare union benefit and other third-party payments
Provide high level of customer service to incoming calls involving payroll inquiries, researching and resolving payroll processing errors
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent, plus job related course work after high school
1 - 2 years of general accounting and related financial experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Preferred
1 - 3 years of payroll experience utilizing a mainframe or client server-based system strongly preferred
