Mid, Senior LevelBounty Club is a private club being built to set a new standard for golf and hospitality in the U.S. The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining, protecting, and improving all buildings, infrastructure, and utilities across the property while managing vendors for more complex systems.

Responsibilities
Day-to-day operation and upkeep of all facilities, including the clubhouse, maintenance buildings, roads, utilities, and future cottages
Hands-on troubleshooting and routine maintenance across building systems and infrastructure
Developing and executing a preventative maintenance program
Managing vendors and contractors for specialized work and capital projects
Tracking and enforcing construction warranties and service agreements
Supporting leadership with lifecycle planning and capital recommendations
Coordinating with agronomy and operations teams on shared facilities and infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Background as a building superintendent, chief engineer, or facilities lead
Experience in private clubs, luxury hospitality, resorts, or complex properties
Strong working knowledge of building systems, utilities, and site infrastructure
Comfortable being hands-on while also managing outside vendors
Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Takes pride in stewardship, quality, and long-term asset care
