Responsibilities
Process weekly, multi-state payroll for 100+ salaried employees
Perform payroll-related bank and GL reconciliations
Handle payroll taxes , garnishments, and compliance
Review timekeeping data (Kronos) and ensure payroll accuracy
Partner with HR and Finance on deductions, PTO, and reporting
Support SOX controls and process improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
Multi-state payroll and tax knowledge
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with JD Edwards, Kronos, or similar systems
Process-minded, dependable, and collaborative
Preferred
Construction or utilities experience
SOX exposure
