Responsibilities
Own the monthly close and deliver financial reports within five business days
Reconcile Trial Balance accounts and prepare key financial statements
Provide clear, actionable reporting to support leadership decisions
Lead the annual audit and maintain full compliance
Reconcile perpetual inventory and improve inventory processes
Complete monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies quickly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA/MBA/CMA preferred or in progress
10+ years in accounting/finance, including leadership experience
Strong knowledge of reporting, audits, and reconciliations
Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems (Acumatica a plus)
Exceptional accuracy, communication skills, and cross‑functional collaboration
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
