Responsibilities

Must be Licensed in the Sate of Texas
Must have at least 5-10 years of experience
Experience with handling a commercial litigation docket, from answering the lawsuit through trial, in both federal and state courts
Banking Law experience is a plus but is not required
Experience taking depositions and attending court hearings is also a plus
Strong research and persuasive writing skills are a must, including drafting motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment
Graduated from an accredited law school with superior academic performance (at least two of the following: Tier 1 law school, top 25% and/or a journal)
