Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and administration of community associations, ensuring compliance with management agreements and policies
Supervise maintenance and projects, conduct regular inspections, and address issues related to facility upkeep and deed restrictions
Oversee budgets, manage payments to vendors, and provide recommendations for capital expenditures
Communicate regularly with Association Boards and homeowners, attend and present at meetings (including evenings as needed), and prepare necessary documentation
Analyze and resolve issues, provide weekly updates on ongoing activities, and ensure timely and effective resolution of resident concerns
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective at identifying and resolving issues
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
A minimum of 1 year of property management or facilities management experience
Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
