Off Premise Account Manager, Molinari & Di Capri

Total Beverage Solution is seeking an Off Premise Account Manager for their Molinari brand, known for its high-quality liqueurs. Responsibilities

Serves as the champion influencing and infecting others with passion for the brand
Recommends local strategies & tactics to drive brand growth and consumer affinity
Develops, implements, and executes engaging brand and category education presentations for trade, accounts and consumers
Create and manage a focused account list (by state) with Country Manager – building a sales cadence and consistent schedule consisting of selling, supporting and promoting
Creates and maintains relationships with key market stakeholders; target off-premise accounts, local trade community, distributor partners, influencers and local partners, to influence purchase and promotional decisions
Delivers retail training seminars to build enthusiasm and understanding for the brand amongst waitstaff and retail employees
Organizes and executes targeted retail and distributor programs and incentives as legal
Executes promotional activities independently and in coordination with third party agencies
Promotes brand by conducting promotions at public venues, grocery chains, beverage retailers and other major events
Provides brand education and motivation to distributor personnel through via brand knowledge and personal leadership at retail
Builds relationships with all levels of target off-premise accounts to influence purchase and promotional decisions
Uses judgement and knowledge of the industry to determine which products should be the key focus and which accounts should take priority
Builds, implements and manages consumer activation strategies, programs, and events. Influences education/relationship builders- focused on consumer target
Provides support, activation and memorable experiences for both customers and consumers
Assists TBS region managers with the implementation of marketing campaigns and trade programming
Shares ideas with supervisors regarding new ways to market the brand
Maintains a customer database and makes regular account calls
Sets weekly, monthly & quarterly goals for the role in conjunction with supervisor
Sets up and breaks down displays of the brand
Attends sales and marketing meetings (TBS & Distributor Network)
Provides customer feedback regarding the brand to market managers and Total Beverage Solution marketing team
Appears in promotional photos and videos for magazines, newspapers, social and other media
Has a strong understanding of the competitive market and actively reports back key market trends and competitor activity
Gathers real-time photo and video content to be shared with the brand social media team
Promotes brand by developing and ensuring execution of promotions at public venues, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, grocery chains, beverage retailers and other major events
Represents the company in a positive way
Interacts with team members, customers and sales prospects
Work collaboratively with the Head of Marketing to deliver highly creative, out-of-box campaigns
Generates plan of action that grow market share, and increases brand awareness
Maintains a customer database and makes regular contacts
Provides customer feedback regarding the brand to the Supplier

Required

Bachelor's Degree plus 2+ years of marketing, sales, or distributor sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
Experience in Brand Sales, Hospitality, Culinary, Bartender/mixology, Supplier/Wholesaler, Agency Ambassador, or Tasting Room experience
CSS, CSE, CEFS, CSSC or equivalent certification or in process of obtaining within 6 months of employment
Maintains understanding of local market knowledge as it pertains to accounts or trade in the alcohol beverage industry
Candidates for this position must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record
Required to be 21 years of age or older
Outgoing, energetic and able to work with the public
Demonstrates ability to develop/maintain effective working relationships and influence with customers, distributors and key accounts
Capable of digesting and delivering brand knowledge in a persuasive manner to customers
Able to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrates numerical and analytical acumen to identify patterns, issues and opportunities
Communicates effectively, including verbally, in writing and through presentations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Power Point
Must reside in the assigned market area
Must have license to serve alcohol, where applicable
Must be at least 21 years of age

Preferred

Luxury brand experience, preferably focused on Spirits
Independent off-premise experience and past success is required
Skilled at harnessing insights/trends for disruptive growth for programming across innovation, activation, point of sale
Entrepreneurial mindset, creative with excellent presentation skills
Established social Alcohol beverage network, personal interest, bias to engage and go deeper, proven inquisitiveness
Established relationships within the designated market
Experience with selling and activating premium and luxury spirits
