They are seeking interns to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, providing hands-on experience in strategy and creative impact across various channels.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, developing, and executing brand initiatives and strategies
Making sure our deliverables get delivered when they’re supposed to
Work cross functionally with people across four offices in different area of expertise
Keeping us and the client up to speed throughout the project with status reports, memos and good conversation
Keeping up-to-date on client, competition, industry business and agency gossip through trade publications, newspaper articles, literature and water cooler chitchat
Completing projects as assigned by your Hart mentor(s)
Qualification
Required
Incoming junior or graduating senior at an accredited four-year college majoring in advertising, marketing, business, design, communications or a related field (so something like culinary arts wouldn't qualify)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Creative Cloud
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and courage to ask questions
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines – we have fun, but we get the work done
Passion for your craft; passion is the oxygen of great campaigns
You enjoy the creative atmosphere and energy a modern agency setting provides
You have very strong interpersonal skills and top-notch verbal and written communication skills
You can empathize with clients, partners, and stakeholders in politically challenging environments and work well under pressure within given timeframes
You are fluent in digital, eager to learn, and want to grow rapidly in our organization
You are an inclusive and supportive team player who can work in cross-functional teams with people of different grades and backgrounds
You have a penchant for results and an entrepreneurial mindset; you bring a can-do mentality to everything you touch
You can work fast and independently with great precision and accuracy
