Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of donors and steward grantmaking in close collaboration with the Chief Partnerships Officer (CPO)
Support new business development efforts by identifying and cultivating partnerships aligned with evolving strategic priorities and new audiences
Grow the corporate giving portfolio by developing partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies and foundations
Support the CPO in securing and managing sponsorships for key industry events and represent the organization at those events to further develop relationships (domestic and potential international travel required)
Identify and support marketing and communications opportunities to profile the organization’s work
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of professional experience in global philanthropy, foundations, or the nonprofit sector
Significant international experience
A self-starter mindset with strong organizational and technical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment
