Human Resources Director
Confidential is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function for a dynamic organization operating in a complex, multi-site environment. The role involves serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, overseeing all HR functions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate policies.

Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning
Lead and oversee all HR functions
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies across the region
Develop and mentor HR leaders and teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
Establish and monitor HR metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making
Multi-site administration (3 locations) | Overall HC of 400
Qualification
Required
Experience within the AUTOMOTIVE or MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
12+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with significant exposure to leadership or director-level roles
Proven experience partnering with executive teams and influencing senior stakeholders
Strong background in organizational development, talent strategy, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
Experience working in regional or multinational environments
Solid knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality
Preferred
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
