Responsibilities
Building meaningful relationships with K-8 students through mentorship, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
Leveraging AI-powered adaptive learning platforms to customize educational trajectories—students advance at individual speeds while you facilitate discovery
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops addressing public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration that equip students for sustained success
Cultivating an environment of curiosity, ambition, and development—supporting students as they recognize their unique strengths and passions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any field
Proven public speaking abilities with demonstrable capacity to captivate and energize groups
Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
3 years of experience coaching or mentoring children
Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Availability to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX
Capacity to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
