Responsibilities
Develop, oversee and maintain alignment of our Missile Flight Software to our various customer defined Mission Threads and test events
Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of our technical FSW capabilities and supporting the product development aligned to our Program Requirements and Software Development Plan
Evolving our codebase, evaluating new technologies and delivering creative and innovative solutions
Work closely with Managers, CPE’s and Agile leadership roles to deliver Flight Software into an integrated Missile system
Qualification
Required
Proven track record delivering high‑impact products or platforms from concept through production, preferably in the aerospace, defense, or related high‑assurance domains
Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to debugging, root‑cause analysis, and risk mitigation
Ability to translate technical decisions into cost‑benefit analyses, ROI models, and program schedule impacts
Experience presenting technical roadmaps to senior executives, and high-level customer stakeholders
Skilled at breaking down large, complex epics into manageable features and user stories while maintaining traceability to requirements and compliance standards
Active DOD Secret Clearance
