Responsibilities
Building meaningful relationships with K-2 students as a mentor, establishing trust and cultivating a boundless mindset
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success
Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and development
Supporting students in recognizing their strengths and interests
Qualification
Required
Willingness to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience with children ages 4–8 in educational, afterschool, coaching, or comparable settings
Excellent public speaking abilities, with proven capacity to engage and energize young learners
Passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
Authorization to work legally in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Availability to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
