Business Development Manager
International Fertility Insurance (IFI) is a rapidly growing company of surrogacy insurance experts and case management professionals providing support to intended parents. They are seeking a Business Development Manager responsible for driving revenue growth by managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and onboarding new accounts.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of 40-50 accounts
Maintain high retention rates by providing exceptional service and engagement
Identify product lines not currently utilized and demonstrate value to expand
Prioritize our product lines with emphasis on Medical Billing Management and Medical Records Review Services
Introduce and support the adoption of new products and services to drive incremental revenue
Build and nurture pipeline opportunities through referrals, networking, conferences, and market outreach
Generate at least one new product or service idea per quarter with the potential to implement
Attend conferences annually and represent the brand effectively
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of sales experience
Proven experience in business development, account management, or revenue growth roles
Strong communication, presentation, and consultation skills
Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into opportunities
Ability to make data driven informed decisions
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, surrogacy, or related fields desired
