Responsibilities
Discovering New Talent: Identify up-and-coming influencers in the UK and US to sign with Stride Social
Sales and Recruitment: Conduct sales calls to onboard potential talent to Stride Social and expand our influencer network
Talent Onboarding: Guide new influencers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into our roster
Campaign Management: Oversee and manage campaigns, coordinating between influencers and brands to deliver successful outcomes
Team Collaboration: Regularly communicate and collaborate with the team, contributing to the success of ongoing projects
Meetings: Participate in two team meetings per week (Monday & Friday) to align on goals and strategies
Brand Outreach: Directly getting in touch with Brands you believe would be a good fit for your Talent and setting up campaigns on their behalf
Qualification
