Responsibilities
Developing and customizing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform
Enhance customer experiences through robust and scalable solutions
Gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for application development
Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
Mentoring junior developers
Providing guidance on technical strategy to leverage Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities effectively
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development
Strong understanding of custom development, including plugins, workflows, and custom entities within Dynamics 365
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and services
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
Experience in agile development methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Bachelor's degree in business management or information systems or equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted
Preferred
Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are a plus
