Coordinates business office activities to facilitate efficient patient scheduling
Organizes work site and work processes to optimize service and operational efficiencies
Supports leadership in daily operations and patient complaint resolution
Assures accurate patient registration
Manages patient electronic medical record
Handles billing for both clinic and physician services
Creates provider schedules, assists with productivity reports and assists and facilitates meetings
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description
0 to 2 years of experience in a health care or medical office setting
0 to 2 years of experience with basic office supervision and management skills
0 to 2 years of experience with health care scheduling
Preferred
High school diploma or GED
Associate's or Vocational degree preferred
