Responsibilities
Mentor and inspire gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning frameworks
Guide students in building life skills—including grit, resilience, public speaking, and focus—in parallel with their academic achievements
Apply AI-driven tools to monitor student progress, customize learning paths, and adapt instructional approaches
Drive student engagement and advancement within adaptive learning platforms toward ambitious academic targets
Work alongside a team dedicated to transforming education for high-performing learners
Qualification
Required
Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Proven record of academic distinction (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-achieving youth
Daily use of generative AI tools in an educational setting (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
Strong communication and public speaking abilities
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
