Qualification
Required
10-15 years of M&A and commercial contracting experience
Substantial background in energy, infrastructure, project development, and/or project finance
Experience with joint ventures, ideally in the renewables space
Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Experience supporting project documents
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements
Experience negotiating, drafting, and implementing EPC contracts
Ability to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
Experience in a drafting, working-attorney position
