Responsibilities
Enter customer orders accurately and timely in Sage 300 ERP
Support five salespeople, a sales leader, and house key accounts as needed
Communicate with customers regarding orders, follow-ups, and requests
Execute value-add customer touches and proactive outreach as assigned
Prepare quotes using templates and ERP tools
Capture meeting notes and ensure action items are followed through
Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
Close follow-up gaps and keep work moving forward
Maintain Salesforce.com hygiene:
Log activities and notes
Keep contacts and accounts current
Track follow-ups and tasks
Admin functions including dashboards, reporting, and related
Assist with sales reports and reconciliations (Excel data from Sage 300)
Support internal documentation and coordination needs
Work with Marketing Team as liaison with Sales Needs, assisting with campaign execution, basic tracking, surveys, and related as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven successful track record in sales admin / customer service / executive assistant roles and experience
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Proactive mindset — anticipates needs and takes ownership
Comfortable communicating directly with customers and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Being familiar with EOS methodology is an advantage
