Responsibilities
Conducting brief, focused reading workshops that build phonics, fluency, and comprehension capabilities
Creating individualized motivational experiences using gamified literacy achievement milestones
Reviewing student performance data to refine teaching methods and identify actionable trends
Working alongside engineers to assess and improve AI-powered literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-supported instructional content that enables early elementary learners to reach grade-level reading proficiency
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
Minimum of 2 years' experience conducting small-group reading interventions with K–2 students
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirement
Available to work on-site at one of these campus locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
