Senior BPO Sales Representative
LinkAmerica, LLC is a leading technology and services company specializing in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions. They are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong B2B BPO sales background to drive revenue growth and expand their presence across North America.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
Identify new business opportunities for BPO services across multiple industries
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Work closely with Operations and Delivery teams to design customized BPO solutions
Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of B2B sales experience in BPO or outsourced services (Contact Center, Back Office, CX, Technical Support, etc.)
Proven track record selling BPO solutions in the U.S. and/or Canadian markets
Strong hunter mentality with experience opening new accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
Experience with consultative and solution-based selling
Willingness to travel up to 25%
