Creating graphical representations of processes in BPMN format
Collaborating with PPQMEs to gather insights and collect feedback
Ensuring accuracy and clarity in process documentation
Qualification
Required
Experience with process mapping software such as Visio, Lucidchart
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders (e.g., PPQMEs) to gather information and feedback
Ability to maintain the required level of detail in developing process maps
Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions
Preferred
Experience with process mapping software, ideally BPMN
