This role involves managing projects from planning through closeout, ensuring financial performance, schedules, and coordination of all project participants.

Responsibilities
Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction planning through final turnover
Manage critical path schedules specific to industrial and warehouse construction
Oversee RFI and submittal workflows and ensure timely resolution
Solicit bids, evaluate proposals, and support subcontractor and vendor negotiations
Manage project budgets, cost tracking, change orders, billings, and forecasting
Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal field teams
Represent the company in owner, architect, and project meetings
Interpret and communicate drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
Prepare regular reporting on project progress, costs, and schedules
Partner with superintendents to plan and direct field operations
Manage closeout documentation, as built records, and punch list completion
Address warranty items and post completion issues as required
Contribute positively to team culture and collaboration within the Florida group
Take full ownership of assigned projects while supporting regional growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience managing industrial or warehouse construction projects from start through completion
Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
Ability to manage multiple projects in active construction environments
Clear and confident communication style with owners, consultants, and field teams
Proven leadership and problem solving ability
Strong attention to detail and accountability
Strong execution skills
Sound judgment
Ability to manage multiple projects with consistency and precision
Preferred
Familiarity with Florida construction practices
