Franchise Industry Experience is mandatory
Proven track record of owning the full sales cycle from qualification through close
Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
Experience in producing double-digit franchise sales annually
Experience working with organic, inbound leads and broker-referred opportunities
Strong lead flow management skills
Ability to work with private equity support and executive alignment around growth
