Qualification
Required
A friendly and welcoming demeanor
Previous customer service required
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
A desire to exceed guest expectations
Ability to stand for long periods of time
An understanding of authentic hospitality and care
Work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
Flexible schedule - willing and able to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and holidays
