Responsibilities

Play a key role in envisioning, designing, and delivering complex Salesforce solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expertise on the Salesforce platform, best practices, and architectural patterns
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and guide the development team throughout the implementation process

Required

8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and demonstrated experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations
Proven ability to lead technical design sessions
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques
Expertise in Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns
Expertise in data modeling, migration, and integration strategies. Proficient in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL
Experience with version control systems (i.e. Git)
Experience with third party deployment tools (i.e. Gearset or Copado)
Understanding of DevOps processes, continuous integration, and deployment best practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Expertise in Salesforce DX and CLI tools
Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire development teams
Proven experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Outstanding problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Highly preferred
Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect
Salesforce Certified Integration Architect or Sharing and Visibility Designer
Salesforce Certified Data Architect
Other relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus
Expertise in enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies
Experience with Tableau, CRM Analytics or other analytics platforms integrated with Salesforce
Experience with OmniStudio (Salesforce Industries or Vlocity)
Experience with Mulesoft and/or similar ETL tools
Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and front-end development
