Partner Relations Analyst

American Express Global Business Travel is a company that inspires colleagues through travel as a force for good. They are seeking a Partner Relations Analyst to support the Supplier Relations Team, focusing on managing supplier relations and partnerships with luxury Independent Agents.

Responsibilities

Support in partnering with leisure suppliers to grow and strengthen the Ovation Network
Schedule and coordinate office visits, site inspections, and events
Compile and distribute partner information and updates to Independent Agents (IAs). As well as assist with partner outreach for promotions and value-added opportunities for IAs
Manage RSVPs and provide administrative support for events, FAM trips, trade shows, and site inspections
Oversee and assist with partner portal registration/assistance, including hotel loyalty programs, cruise portals, and Virtuoso
Maintain and update partner information on the IA Portal to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Compose surveys and compile associated data
Provide support for Virtuoso portal management and assist IAs with related queries
Attend and cover local partner events to represent the team and support partner engagement
Seek new opportunities & identification of new sources of value: Travel Trends, Travel Tools, Destination Research, Identifying new Suppliers

Qualification

Leisure Travel ExperienceEvent CoordinationData AnalyticsBusiness AcumenTechnology ProficiencyCommunication SkillsOrganizational SkillsCollaboration SkillsDetail-OrientedCreative Thinking

Required

1-5+ years of leisure travel experience with a proven ability to deliver results in a commercial environment
Exceptional organization and time management
Strong understanding of technology and data governance
Excellent data and analytics acumen to drive IA and supplier relationships
Creative thinker with strong strategic and executional skills
Open-minded and innovative, with perseverance to see projects through to completion

Preferred

International experience and familiarity with working across remote teams and time zones are a plus
