Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance
Prepare RFI’s and submittals
Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders
Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen
Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation
Support the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program

Required

A minimum of 4-7 years' experience in construction management is required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related discipline, or comparable work experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught
Customer service skills, such as working with customers and building strong relationships
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative
Works well under pressure and deadlines

Preferred

Experience with commercial interior construction and/or clean-room scopes is preferred
OSHA Certification
Willing to travel/relocate based on project needs
