Customer Success Associate

Soundtrace is transforming how employers protect their workforce from noise-induced hearing loss, and they are seeking a Customer Success Associate to support onboarding and ongoing coordination with service partners. This role is essential for successful client launches and maintaining strong long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding and rollout of new direct clients, ensuring organized, on-time program launches
Serve as a day-to-day operational contact for direct clients
Support service partners through coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and equipment preparation
Coordinate inventory management, including tracking equipment and managing inbound and outbound shipments
Prepare and ship equipment kits for new client launches and ongoing testing events
Monitor active programs to ensure testing events and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time
Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) by preparing data, materials, and operational insights
Support expansion of customer accounts by helping execute site expansions, added services, and increased program scope
Coordinate with internal teams (clinical, customer success, product, engineering) to resolve issues
Maintain accurate records related to client activity, inventory, and partner coordination
Operational readiness for client testing events
Accuracy and reliability of equipment shipments and inventory
Day-to-day service partner confidence in Soundtrace’s tools and processes
Clear internal visibility into what’s happening in the field

Required

1 to 4 years of experience in customer success, operations, client support, logistics, or a related role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially around inventory, scheduling, and follow-through
Comfortable working with industrial, manufacturing, or field-based clients and partners
Clear, professional communication skills with both internal teams and external partners
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment
Willingness to work full-time from the Cincinnati office and provide occasional field support as needed

Preferred

Experience supporting service partners, technicians, or distributed field teams
Familiarity with OSHA-regulated programs, occupational health, or workplace safety solutions
