Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a timely and efficient process
Manage candidate communications, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey
Draft and post job descriptions and advertisements that attract qualified candidates
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Qualification
Required
Tech recruiting experience is a must have
