5+ years expLHH is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to support supply chain data operations for a global organization. The role involves managing data operations, ensuring data quality, and coordinating with various teams to facilitate data management and governance processes.

Responsibilities
Perform daily master data updates and validations (UOM, BOM, quantities, hierarchies, attributes)
Execute manual data entry, cleansing, formatting, and normalization across systems
Prepare and maintain data for scenario planning cycles, including input loads and change validation
Track and maintain data quality metrics in alignment with governance standards
Support reporting and KPI preparation for planning and capacity metrics
Assist with audits by reviewing data completeness and tracking issues
Maintain version control, documentation, trackers, and change logs
Coordinate with engineering, planning, category, and PM teams to capture updates and requests
Support governance meetings and shared process workflows
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in data management, operations, or program/PM support
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, filters, large datasets)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while managing repetitive and high-volume data tasks
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
