Responsibilities
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in QuickBooks and other accounting systems
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments
Support monthly and year-end closing processes
Assist in generating financial reports as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards
Provide administrative support to the accounting team as required
Qualification
Required
Prior experience with QuickBooks and/or other accounting software is required
Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
