Responsibilities
Facilitating engaging virtual workshops focused on life skills including teamwork, communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and creative expression
Guiding students through immersion tracks using project-based, experiential learning methods
Building a supportive, dynamic virtual environment that encourages experimentation and personal development
Leveraging learning analytics and student insights to personalize support and motivation
Working alongside educators from diverse time zones and cultural backgrounds to provide a compelling, adaptable educational experience
Qualification
Required
Valid US teaching certificate from any state
Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video
Available to work full-time (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
Ready to begin within 2-3 weeks
Excited to work in a tech-forward, student-centered school
Preferred
Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track)
Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs
Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools
