Responsibilities
Building and executing a territory growth strategy
Identifying, qualifying, and closing new systems business
Coaching and influencing up to four Account Managers
Retaining key accounts and expanding multi‑location opportunities
Delivering compelling presentations and sales models
Partnering across service, operations, engineering, and product teams
Managing pipeline activity and CRM accuracy
Ensuring strong equipment utilization and ROI
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales experience in protective packaging or industrial products
Proven success selling value added automation solutions and equipment while effectively managing distributor, end‑user, and vendor relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently while inspiring cross‑functional teams
Comfort handling equipment/samples and traveling across the region
